My Farewell Tour

I went to Malang in June 2015 with my High School friends to celebrate our school farewell. The places that we are visited Apple Garden, Batu Secret Zoo and Bromo Mountain. We went there by airplain from Jakarta to Malang. Around 3 am we already gather in the school and take off at 5am it took about 1 hour 25 minutes. When we arrived at Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport in Malang, we went to Apple Garden by bus and it took about 20 minutes. I don’t remember the exact the name is that place but I’m pretty sure it still in Batu City.

The Next day and also the last day in Malang we went to Bromo Mountain. I’m was excited and we went there by jeep that cool though. We saw the beautiful sunrise there.

1. Geographical Type

• Local Tourism (Domestic Tourism)

A domestic holiday is a holiday (vacation) spent in the same country; this class may overlap with staycation (in British English), a vacation spent in the same region. Example: Travelling around Padang City

• Regional Tourism

A tourism region is a geographical region that has been designated by a governmental organization or tourism bureau as having common cultural or environmental characteristics. These regions are often named after historical or current administrative and geographical regions. Example: Travelling from Jakarta City (West Java) to Padang City (West Sumatera)

• National Tourism

National tourism is the tourism of resident visitors, within and outside the economic territory of the country of reference. Example: Travelling around Australia

• Regional-International Tourism

A Regional-International Tourism is a tourism activities that are limited which is touring more than one country in that particular region. Example: USA, Africa, ASEAN region, Europe, Middle East, etc

• International Tourism

International Tourism refers to tourism that crosses national borders. Globalization has made tourism a popular global leisure activity. Example: Visiting Australia the travels to Indonesia2. Goals

• Business Tourism

A type of tourism where visitors come to the purpose of work, meetings, exhibitions etc. Example: Having a meeting in a different country.

• Educational Tourism

A type of tourism where learn to increase knowledge in a particular city or country. Example: Study tour to Bandung

• Vacational Tourism

A vacation or holiday is a leave of absence from a regular occupation, or a specific trip or journey, usually for the purpose of recreation or tourism. Example visiting to Bali for a vocation

3. Object

• Cultural Tourism

Tourism due to the appeal of art and culture. Example visiting to Candi Borobudur

• Social Tourism

Tourism is of interest not seek advantage. Example: UNICEF helps children in India

• Religion Tourism

Religious tourism, also commonly referred to as faith tourism, is a type of tourism, where people travel individually or in groups for pilgrimage, missionary, or leisure (fellowship) purposes. The world's largest form of mass religious tourism takes place at the annual Hajj pilgrimage in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

4. Time

• Seasonal Tourism

Tourism in certain seasons. Example: Summer vacation to Bali

• Occasion Tourism

Tourism which connects on certain activities. Example: Visiting Paris to see Paris Fashion Week 

5. Group/Individual

• Individual Tourism

They might be one person, or a family, or a company, small group. The main is, that tourists together with the travel company creates their's own travels and holidays. Example: A girl travelling alone to Lombok

• Group Tourism

A journey undertaken by many people. Example: My family visiting Paris

6. Transportation

• Land Tourism

Travels by land vehicles example bus, train, car, motorcycle, bike

• Sea/ River Tourism

Travels by a boat, yacht, a ship that travels on water.

• Air Tourism

Travel by plane, helicopter, hot air ballooning, jet that travel in the sky

7. Age

• Youth Tourism

Youth Tourism is defined as independent trips of less than one year by people aged 15–30. Youth travel is also known as a combination of youth, student and educational travel market.

• Adult Tourism

Tourist that involves only adults usually of old age & pension

8. Gender/Sex

• Masculine Tourism

A type of tourism that only involves men. Example: Adventure

• Feminine Tourism

A type of tourism that only involves women. Example: Lparn more about cooking, how to styling your hijab, make up etc

9. Social Level

• Deluxe

Tourism that uses a luxurious facility, highest inquality, sumptuousness and elegance. 

• Middle Class

Tourism that uses a standard facility like price and also transportation

• Social

A group of people having not much of money travelling with whatever they can that is not so expensive
